Xtream Codes API is much easier for beginners—it simply breaks that long link down into three easy pieces: a Server URL, a Username, and a Password. Most modern apps use Xtream Codes because it is much faster to type into your TV using a remote control.

How do I setup the service on an Amazon Firestick?
The Firestick is the absolute best device for IPTV. First, go to the Amazon App Store and download an app called Downloader. Open Downloader, and you can use it to install premium IPTV players like Tivimate, IPTV Smarters Pro, or XCIPTV. Once installed, simply open the player, select "Login with Xtream Codes", and enter the details we emailed you after checkout.
Can I use the service directly on my Smart TV without buying a box?
Yes, no extra hardware is required! If you have a Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS), or Android Smart TV, go to your TV's built-in app store. Search for apps like IBO Player, SET IPTV, or Smart IPTV. When you open the app, it will display a "MAC Address" on the screen. You simply go to that app's website on your phone or computer, type in that MAC address, and paste the M3U link we provided you. Restart your TV app, and your channels will load.
Can I watch on multiple devices at the same time?
Our standard subscriptions come with 1 simultaneous connection. If you attempt to watch on your Living Room TV and your phone at the exact same time, the server will block the stream. Technical Troubleshooting

Why is my stream buffering during big Premier League matches?
Because our servers utilize enterprise-grade Anti-Freeze technology, server-side buffering is incredibly rare. If your stream starts buffering exactly when a big game starts, it is almost certainly due to ISP Throttling. Internet providers in the UK (like Virgin, BT, and Sky) actively detect IPTV data packets during major sports events and intentionally slow your internet down. The easiest fix is to connect to a VPN, which hides your traffic from your ISP so they cannot throttle you.
Do I absolutely need a VPN to use your service?
No, a VPN is not strictly required. Our servers feature built-in proxy routing to protect your identity. However, we are 100% VPN friendly. If your specific ISP is overly aggressive with blocking IPTV streams, turning on NordVPN or Surfshark will bypass their blocks instantly.
My channels have disappeared or the TV Guide (EPG) says "No Information".
