DMCA & Copyright Disclaimer
Last Updated: March 2026 | The IPTV Shop
The IPTV Shop ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and international copyright laws, we have established this disclaimer to clarify the nature of our service and our strict compliance with copyright regulations.
No Hosting or Broadcasting of Content
The IPTV Shop does not host, provide, archive, store, distribute, or broadcast any media, television broadcasts, movies, or copyrighted audiovisual content on our own servers. We act exclusively as a directory and routing service. All streams and media provided through our network are aggregated from third-party links freely available on the internet. We have no affiliation with the third-party providers hosting these streams.
1. Nature of the Service
Our service functions similarly to a search engine. We provide an index of links (via M3U playlists or Xtream Codes API) that connect users to content hosted entirely by independent third parties. Because we do not control, upload, or manage these third-party servers, we cannot be held liable for the content they broadcast.
2. DMCA Takedown Notice Procedure
If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent thereof, and believe that any content linked to or routed through The IPTV Shop infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a takedown notification pursuant to the DMCA.
To process your request, your formal DMCA Notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the specific M3U link, IP address, or URL that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. (Note: General claims against our homepage will be rejected; you must provide the exact stream link.)
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Action Upon Receiving a Valid Notice
Upon receiving a fully compliant DMCA takedown notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the specific third-party stream or link in question from our active routing directory. Please note that removing a link from our directory does not remove the content from the internet, as the source files are hosted by third parties over which we have no control.
4. Counter-Notice
If a link provided by our service is removed due to a DMCA notice, and we believe in good faith that the removal was a result of a mistake or misidentification, we reserve the right to issue a counter-notice and restore the link to our directory.
5. Submit a Takedown Request
All copyright infringement claims and DMCA takedown notices must be sent directly to our designated abuse department via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response and the processing of your request.
